We want you to be fully satisfied with your DUKE + DEXTER purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn products in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
